History of TIAF

The Teignmouth International Art Forum (TIAF) originated in 2003. It was set up in partnership with Teignmouth Town Council, to enable artists from Teignmouth and Perros-Guirec, our twin town, to meet and exhibit art work in a joint annual exhibition.

In the early days the exhibition included two other French towns, Quintin and Barr (Alsace), all four taking it in turns to host the event.

This year Teignmouth will be hosting and the organising committee is delighted to be staging the show at the TAAG Arts and Community centre in Northumberland Place.

This colourful display of innovative artwork has been timed to coincide with the annual twinning weekend and arrival of residents of Perros-Guirec,  as part of an ongoing social and cultural exchange.
